Ibrahim Attiku could be earning his dues in the Scottish Premier League after Inverness took him on a one-week trial.

The Ghana midfelder has spent much of his career in Sweden, most recently with Second Division side IF Sylvia, but can now make the step up if he impresses manager Craig Brewster.

The 25-year old will be keen to impress after a career that started well but has gone downhill since.

He played alongside the likes of Michael Essien and Sulley Muntari in the Ghana midfield at the 2001 World Youth Championships before having trials at Manchester United and Borrusia Dortmund.

But he has consistently failed to make the cut and will be ken t grab this latest opportunity.
